Clutch Pedal Solutions When Converting to a TREMEC Manual Transmission
When converting from an automatic transmission to a TREMEC manual transmission, one of the items to address is installing a clutch pedal where there used to be only a brake pedal.
For older cars and trucks that had a manual transmission option from the factory, you have multiple options. One option is to hunt swap meets, eBay or local salvage yards for the manual transmission version of your vehicle and snag its clutch pedal assembly and related parts. Another is to buy an bolt-in assembly from a TREMEC Elite Distributor if there is a system available for you make and model of vehicle. And one other option is to adapt a custom solution such as a universal pedal assembly or one designed for racing applications.
