When converting from an automatic transmission to a TREMEC manual transmission, one of the items to address is installing a clutch pedal where there used to be only a brake pedal.
For older cars and trucks that had a manual transmission option from the factory, you have multiple options. The Red River Customs Cha-Cha Nova was unveiled at the 2024 SEMA Show as car #1 of a 25-car series tribute to drag racing pioneer and legend Shirley Muldowney. Built from original and full restored Chevrolet Nova bodies, only 25 will be built on a first come first served basis. The paint scheme was designed by Red River Customs using Axalta Switchblade Silver (mix tweaked by Red River Customs) and Tropical Glitz Sparkling Berry paint. This Cha-Cha Nova, number 01, will be available for purchase on January 25th at the 2025 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction in Arizona.
